It is important for your patients to take FOTIVDA as prescribed. The AVEO ACE Program has designed a unique and personalized nurse support program that provides:
- General education on FOTIVDA treatment and what to expect while on treatment
- Resources to support your patients during their treatment journey

Once the AVEO ACE Enrollment Form is received, an AVEO ACE Program Specialist
will follow up with you and your patient regarding next steps within 24 hours.
